Terms and conditions of KidStuff Sale presale day:

• August 26th > 9 am - 1 pm One ticket is valid for an adult ticket holder plus 1 adult (children 13+ may attend as plus one) non walking infants worn in infant carriers are fine. Thanks for understanding
• 9 am - 8 pm: VIP Presale: $25 ticket (adult only) /10 am - 8 pm: Earliest Bird: $15 ticket (adult only)/12 pm - 8 pm: Early Bird: $10 ticket (adult only)

• No children under 13 are permitted on Wednesday before 1 pm. Thanks for understanding
• August 26th > 1 pm - 8 pm. Children of all ages may attend starting with the New & Due Presale. Children must stay by adults and may not open toy packaging.
• Purses, backpacks, and diaper bags larger than 8.5x11" are prohibited. Instead, plan to wear a cross-body, fanny pack, or bag-belt-type purse.
• BYOBag - we are going green*er - bring empty reusable shopping bags or other bags to haul home your goodies!

Presale Ticket Options for Wednesday, August 26th* staggering entry, crowds and lines for the best shopping experience.

• 1 pm - 8 pm: New & Due Presale: $5 ticket New & Due Presale for New & Due families with their youngest child under the age of 1, including adoptive & foster moms and new Grandparents. One ticket=two adults + kids free.
• 2 pm - 8 pm: HERO Presale: $5 ticket: HEROES Presale: Teachers, Nurses, Military, 1st Responders, and Foster Families. One ticket=two adults + kids free.
• 3 pm - 8 pm: Family Presale: $5 ticket: Family presale - children of all ages may attend. One ticket = two adults + kids free.

For your convenience, larger items like big toys, infant equipment, and furniture are held by the rear door of the venue and will be claimed curbside. Shoppers will drive to the back of the venue to claim larger items purchased. We suggest shoppers bring a pen to complete the required claim tag - address labels work great too, so be sure to add your cell #.

FAQ's

How will I receive my ticket?

Tickets are automatically emailed to the address you provided. CHECK SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS immediately after purchase.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Who can enter on the one ticket?

On Wednesday, August 26, from 9 am-2 pm, shopping appointments are for one adult shopper and plus 1- kids 13+ may attend as the +1.

On Wednesday, August 26, starting at 2 pm - 8 pm, children are welcome as plus one.

What can I bring to the event?

Bring your own bags, wagon, and stroller to carry your items. Shoppers may use our big blue IKEA bags to shop. No purses, backpacks or diaper bags larger than 8" x11.5". Plan to rock a belt bag, fanny pack, etc. Thanks for understanding.

What's the refund policy?

Participating families inspected their items before check-in, and we lightly inspected them when they arrived at the venue. We ask shoppers to inspect before purchasing to ensure it meets YOUR requirements. All Sales are Final. We recommend shoppers use the Check-It station located by the entrance to open and inspect items before purchasing.

How do I purchase items too large to carry?

Bring a pen and be prepared to complete the large item ticket attached. Address labels work nicely too - be sure to add your cell phone #. Then, remove the bottom half of the tag for checkout. We will move the item to the curbside pick-up area for you to claim after checking out.

Additionally, we will have a HOLD AREA for bags of clothes, etc. if you have too much to comfortably carry (leave at your own risk)

What method of payment is accepted?

Visa, MC, Discover cards (with card usage fee) , American Express and Cash.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Show your ticket on your phone or on paper.
